BOTH tool

High-protein meal planner

Start with a protein target you already use, then build a day around your dietary pattern, food exclusions, prep style, and number of eating occasions. The result is a flexible meal framework—not a black-box diet, a calorie prescription, or an allergy-safety guarantee.

Interactive planning tool

Build a high-protein day around foods you can actually eat

Choose a dietary pattern, optional food exclusions, prep style, meals per day, and a protein target you already use. BOTH will build a meal framework and show the rough per-meal planning benchmark—not a calorie prescription or medical meal plan.

Foods to exclude from suggestions

Important: this filter is a planning convenience, not an allergy-safety certification. Ingredient substitutions, packaged foods, shared equipment, and cross-contact still need independent verification.

Planning benchmark

About 38 g per eating occasion if you divided 150 g evenly across 4 meals/snacks. You do not have to distribute protein evenly.

Meal 1

Greek yogurt oat bowl

Protein anchor: Greek-style yogurt

Add oats or cereal, fruit, and seeds or another tolerated topping. Use the label to size the yogurt portion toward your planning target.

Planning reference: use labels or reliable recipe data to see whether the portion you choose gets near your ~38 g benchmark. The template itself does not claim a fixed protein amount.

Meal 2

Turkey potato bowl

Protein anchor: Turkey

Pair with potatoes, vegetables, and a tolerated dressing or seasoning. This is a meal framework, not a fixed calorie prescription.

Planning reference: use labels or reliable recipe data to see whether the portion you choose gets near your ~38 g benchmark. The template itself does not claim a fixed protein amount.

Meal 3

Edamame snack bowl

Protein anchor: Edamame

Pair with fruit, vegetables, rice crackers, or another tolerated side. Verify packaged seasonings if food exclusions matter.

Planning reference: use labels or reliable recipe data to see whether the portion you choose gets near your ~38 g benchmark. The template itself does not claim a fixed protein amount.

Meal 4

Bean and quinoa bowl

Protein anchor: Beans plus quinoa or another protein-rich plant food

Add vegetables, salsa, herbs, or avocado if tolerated. Use recipe or package data to see how much protein your actual portion provides.

Planning reference: use labels or reliable recipe data to see whether the portion you choose gets near your ~38 g benchmark. The template itself does not claim a fixed protein amount.

This tool does not calculate calories, diagnose nutrition needs, verify allergen safety, or account for pregnancy, kidney or liver disease, eating-disorder treatment, medications, or other clinical circumstances. Use qualified individualized guidance when those factors apply.

How it works

Plan from constraints instead of starting from a perfect menu.

The planner starts with the foods and meal structures that remain after your selected diet style, optional exclusions, and prep preference are applied. It then spreads your existing daily protein target across the number of meals or snacks you chose to create a rough planning benchmark.

That benchmark is arithmetic, not a claim that protein must be distributed perfectly or that every meal template contains the same amount. Use labels or reliable recipe data to size the actual protein anchor. The tool intentionally avoids inventing exact calories, portions, or macro totals from incomplete information.

Food exclusions are only a suggestion filter. They do not verify ingredients, restaurant preparation, manufacturing cross-contact, substitutions, or packaged-food allergen statements. Anyone managing a true food allergy, celiac disease, or a clinician-directed diet still needs independent product and preparation verification.

Evidence used

The planner sits on top of the protein evidence—not above it.

General education only. The planner does not provide medical nutrition therapy, diagnose deficiencies, calculate a personalized calorie deficit, or verify allergen safety. Pregnancy, kidney or liver disease, eating-disorder treatment, medications, and other clinical situations can materially change nutrition needs and should use individualized professional guidance.
